The memories of a Nabrežina fisherman

Zdravko Caharija Babčev presents his life story and the origin of his collection of fishing gear, tells how the people from Nabrežina used to fish tuna, about chupas in general and about the family chupa Marija. The three sections of the story are joined by a walk from the fisherman’s house in Nabrežina along the Fishermen’s Path to “Chupa Bay”, where they used to fish and store their boats.
